What is your new patient procedure?
For every visit, we require from our clients the following infromation: name, age, gender, clinical detail and required investigation. These are taken prior to sample collection.
Do you attend to a large group of individuals?
Yes we do. Rendering diagnostic services to any number of individuals is feasible. Once we get such request, adequate preparations will be put in place to provide the services in a well fashioned and timely manner.
Do you offer free health consultations?
We offer free health counselling to our clients. We offer as well free Blood pressure checks, HIV test (T & Cs apply), Body Weight checks and BMI estimation. In addition, we also offer free malaria test for children between the ages of 0 - 5 years, as they are one of the most vulnerable populations health wise.
Can someone make payment for your services electronically?
Definitely. For anyone who prefers to make payment through this method, we will send you a payment link once your request is taken.
Do you render any free services?
We have some services in this category. They include statutorily: free malaria parasite test for children below 5 years, free Blood Pressure checks, free body weight checks, free HIV test (dependent on test kit availability). We also offer free health consultations to our clients.
